Symptomes Of Endometriosis: Not Just a bad period

Pain Is the most common symptome of endometriosis ,it can be related to the period days or not related

Endometriosis can feel different for each person, but here are the most common symptoms in simple, everyday language:

  • Painful periods – cramps that are much worse than usual and may stop you from doing normal activities

  • Pelvic pain – ongoing pain in the lower belly or back, not just during your period

  • Pain during or after sex

  • Pain with bowel movements or urination – especially around your period

  • Bloating – often called “endo belly,” where your abdomen feels swollen or tight

  • Trouble getting pregnant

Other symptoms some people notice

  • Extreme fatigue – feeling very tired, even with rest

  • Digestive issues – constipation, diarrhea, or nausea, especially during periods

  • Lower back or leg pain

Simple way to think about it

If period pain is severe, keeps coming back, or affects your daily life, it’s not something you should just “push through”—it could be a sign of endometriosis.

"A period that brings a woman to her knees is not a character flaw. It is a diagnosis waiting to be made."
